These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and sagisagph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the sagisagph website located at https://sagisagph.app and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the sagisagph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the sagisagph platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on sagisagph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online gambling platforms.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino services is lawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of sagisagph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by sagisagph or any regulatory body with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

sagisagph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

To access real-money gaming services on sagisagph, you are required to create a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. sagisagph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Each individual may register only one (1) account on sagisagph. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You must notify sagisagph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• sagisagph reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage using Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, which may include requesting a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

sagisagph complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. All accounts are subject to transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

sagisagph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your sagisagph account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• sagisagph does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• sagisagph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.
• All transactions on sagisagph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).

Players may request withdrawals of available balances subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. sagisagph may request a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and proof of address.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take varying processing times depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, which follow standard interbank transfer timelines.
• sagisagph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to additional wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Refer to the applicable bonus terms for details.

sagisagph may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• sagisagph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to Philippine residents only and are subject to eligibility criteria set out in each individual promotion.

All games available on sagisagph — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

sagisagph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account.
• sagisagph's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method that gives them an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including bots, scripts, or automated betting systems.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sagisagph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to sagisagph immediately.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits after using the deposited funds for gaming.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the sagisagph platform without prior written consent.
• The sagisagph name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of sagisagph. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sagisagph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

sagisagph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sagisagph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

In no event shall sagisagph's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sagisagph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the sagisagph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sagisagph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

sagisagph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sagisagph will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the sagisagph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the sagisagph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

sagisagph operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who are unsatisfied with sagisagph's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
